Steve Floth was a childhood friend of mine. He lived about 3 houses away, in a basement house. We played a lot of baseball together in the vacant lot next to his place. We actually shared a locker at LHS our soph year. I lost track after that. Had coffee with him long after graduation, our final meeting. I have never heard how Steve died. Let me know if anyone knows.

I talked to Roger Floth on last Friday. He is living in Waterloo, Iowa. He told me Steve died of a heart attack when he was 60, not too long ago. Roger was 5 yrs older than us and I did not know him well, but it was good to see someone from the old neighborhood.

I just found that Steve died in 2002. He was only 57. He had been married at one time to Shirley Fuss, also from my neighborhood. I don't know if they remained married. A friend of my childhood.
